We provide more than a membership. We offer leadership. If you’re interested in learning what it takes to be your best and belonging to a place that supports you in doing so then we are the gym for you! Located in the MT Bellies plaza on Niagara Street in Welland.

PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer one-on-one private personal training in our separate private training room or semi-private training in the group training room or main gym area. Get the education, motivation and accountability you need and make this the year you finally achieve your goals!
BOOTCAMPS
For a more affordable option to personal training we offer bootcamps in our group training room. Groups of 4 to 8 are instructed by at least one certified personal trainer. Sessions incorporate interval training, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, swiss balls, bosu balls, jump rope, plyometrics, corrective exercises and core strengthening.
NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE COACHING
We offer individual sessions with a highly trained staff member that will take you through a process of assessment and self-evaluation designed to help you move toward better health by looking at your whole life, including diet, sleep patterns, environment, and stressors. Whether you have specific concerns or would like to feel better overall, our nutrition and lifestyle coaching can help.
