The challenge includes weekly semi-private personal training and nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Diets will be customized to the needs of each individual participating. Workouts will provide a variety of strength, cardiovascular and mobility training.
You’ll also have daily action items meant to help you create positive habits that will last well beyond the completion of the challenge. These are the habits of highly successful individuals in all aspects of life and include; daily affirmations, visualizations, journaling, meditation, and self-improvement through learning.
