Adrianna started her yoga journey in 2013, and never looked back. Starting in a Hot Vinyasa class, Adrianna quickly realised the many benefits yoga had in her life, and as a fitness enthusiast, decided to explore the many types and styles of yoga. Feeling more grounded and connected with each practise, it was time she shared that feeling with others!

Completing a 200 hr teaching training course, multiple workshops and teaching, Adrianna has become a life time student, and hopes to share her many experiences with you. 

Her class style focuses on the importance of pranayama, your breath-body-mind connection as well as developing and finding a body awareness to take with you on and off your mat. Her further education includes Brad Waites’ Essentials Of Standing Postures, Diane Harpwood’s Arm Balancing workshops 1 & 2, Kids Literacy Young Yoga Masters training and, Amanda Tripp’s Restorative Teacher Trainin

Jessie “The Yogi Cyclist” has been practicing yoga, and cycling for several years. Although cycling and yoga are two very different forms of exercise, the two compliment each other very well. Cycling, especially mountain biking, is fast and hard. It’s a great workout but can be very taxing on the body as well as mind. Going at fast speeds over rocks, roots and logs can jar you around and leave you feeling imbalanced. Jessie has found that with a regular yoga practice, it helps to create balance in her body and mind. Yoga has also been able to help her progress further with her cycling and racing ambitions.

Balance, breathing, posture, attention and focus are necessary skills in the saddle and on the mat.

Seeing how the benefits of yoga have complimented her, she wanted to share this gift with others. Jessie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in April 2014 and has been teaching ever since. She is now sharing her knowledge and experience with others.

Deb fell in love with the power and transformational spirit of yoga early in 2002. Appreciating the power of being in the moment, of breath and of strength gained through Yoga Asana, Deb delved deep into the full practice of yoga, which in its essence never ends. Debs yoga teaching has evolved over many years of practice with amazing teachers, self study, workshops, retreats and frankly living her yoga.

Deb is a life enthusiast, business owner, hospitality professional, people connector and self titled healer. Debs philosophy is “have mat will travel” any and all yoga practice calls to her and she is continually immersing herself in yoga blogs, books, magazines and all things yoga. Yoga is Sanskrit for Union, this integration is at the core of yoga, integrating the self to create balance and wellness and wholeness and then applying to your life and those around you to ultimately create the best life you can live. Every single moment.

Debs approach to yoga practice is that it is just that, a practice, there is no final show, and you are living it. Her approach is all level and will modify to accommodate all physical abilities.

Diana began her journey with yoga in 2003 while completing a degree in Contemporary Dance at York University. Yoga helped her build strength and balance in her body and also helped her to become more mindful and aware of her breath and the connection it has with her movements. 

After many years of practice and the urge to pass on her knowledge and passion, Diana decided to take part in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga By Sarah.

As a yoga teacher and dance teacher and a background in various movement therapies, her students will feel strong and agile in their asanas, graceful as they flow with their breath, and peaceful as they become connected body, mind and spirit.
